Congleton Bearmania Ambassador goes on tour with Cheshire East Council, part of the 76 fiberglass phenomenon which is Congleton Bearmania 2011. Explorer Bear will be out and about in Cheshire promoting Cheshire East and Congleton Bearmania . For all the fun of the bear see Explorer and the rest of his gang this summer
