One of the reasons Congleton is a great place to live is that there is so much to do, so many ways to meet new people.

For starters, we detail some of the sporting activities - from badmington to bowling, cricket to cycling, fishing to football - and so on.

In the section on Community and Cultural Scene, we list a number of organisations, ranging from our own theatre to our choral society, from a youth orchestera to brass bands, from youth organisations such as the Air Training Corps to the University of the Third Age.
