Now do your bit - there's still time to make a donationClick here to make a donation - go on!Howard Reid reports:Last weekend we completed the 3 peaks challenge with Daffy and it was amazing. It was a hell of a lot harder than any of us anticipated and took us 28 hrs rather than 24, but this was mostly due to injuries and the mini bus being restricted to 60mph. I'm so proud of the team as this challenge pushed us to limits we didn't know we had, it was a brilliant experience and we are so close to raising 2000 pounds for Macmillan. We are already planning next year's adventure and I will keep you informed, the first idea is to take Daffy along Hadrian's wall! The team thanks you for all your support and hope you enjoy the attached photos. many thanks The justgiving account will be open for another couple of months, so Please make a donation right now!
Meet the team
Raising money for MacMillanThe madman behind it all is Howard Reid and the team is rasing money for the MacMillan cancer fund. "My wife's father is suffering from cancer and I really wanted to find a way of recognizing the wonderful work MacMillan is doing supporting us," Howard explains. Just to raise the ante a bit, the team decided to take one of Congleton's Bear Mania bears with them.
