Congleton National Women's Register

Would you like to make new friends?  Perhaps you're new to Congleton? Maybe you've been so busy looking after your family or working, you just want some time for yourself.

Congleton NWR is a group of women which meets roughly once a fortnight, on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, usually in someone's home.  We enjoy talks, quizzes, discussions, musical evenings or anything else we can think of, followed by a cup of tea or coffee and a chat.

We also have a book group which meets monthly to discuss titles chosen by members and supplied by the local library.

If you think you might like to get to know us, please contact our group organiser,

sandie@nwrcongleton.org.uk

Members take it in turns to host meetings, which helps makes the group friendly and sociable.  Meetings take place twice a month on alternate Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, giving our busy women a chance to attend despite other activities.  Our typical age range is 50 plus, although absolutely everybody is welcome.

Congleton NWR also has a strong Book Group, which reads and discusses a book every month.

We have a local website www.nwrcongleton.org.uk   where you can find out more

The MyBeartown site is supported entirely by volunteers. Information on this site is published in good faith. Should you have any issues with content, please contact us and any offending/misleading material will be removed.
