Buglawton’s Brian the Bear joins the town’s Bear Mania – with a difference!

Bears really are taking over our town. And what a delight.

The latest ursine visitor is a giant, carved with a chainsaw, no less, from a massive piece of cedar by chainsaw carver, Tim Burgess.

The bear is a gift from Chris Hall, who wanted to give something to Buglawton community. The bear is named Brian in memory of Chris' late Uncle Brian who was born in Buglawton and lived in Congleton all his life until he recently passed away.

Welcome to Brian – join the family.
